Day-by-Day Itinerary
1Arrive Arusha — Tarangire National Park
Transfer from Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport to Tarangire National Park for an afternoon game drive among Africa's largest elephant herds and iconic giant baobab trees.
2Tarangire to the Serengeti
Morning game drive in Tarangire, then drive through the highlands and Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descending into the open Serengeti plains with a game drive en route to camp.
3Full Day — Central Serengeti
A full day in the Seronera Valley — year-round heartland of the Serengeti and one of Africa's top predator-viewing areas. Track lion prides, follow cheetah with cubs, and search kopje outcrops for resting leopards.
4Serengeti — Ngorongoro Rim
Morning game drive in the Serengeti, then travel to the Ngorongoro rim for a spectacular sunset view over the caldera. Overnight at a crater-rim lodge.
5Ngorongoro Crater Descent
Descend 600 m to the crater floor for a full-day game drive. Black rhino, lion, elephant, flamingo and buffalo share this remarkable arena. Ascend in the late afternoon.
6Return to Arusha — Depart
Morning at leisure, then drive to Arusha for a farewell lunch before transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
