Day-by-Day Itinerary
1Fly to Samburu — Riverside Arrival
Morning flight north over Mount Kenya to the Samburu airstrip. Game drive to the lodge for lunch, siesta through the heat, then a golden late-afternoon drive along the river.
2Special Five Safari
Morning and evening game drives dedicated to the Samburu Special Five, with a lazy riverside lunch between. Leopard sightings are a regular bonus here.
3Bush Walk & Samburu Culture
Dawn bush walk with Samburu guides reading tracks and signs, then a visit to a local manyatta to meet the community. Final sundowner drive along the Ewaso Ng'iro.
4Fly Back to Nairobi
Early game drive en route to the airstrip and the late-morning flight back to Nairobi.
